This two day course covers the teaching process, cognitive load management, building expertise, and giving presentations.

Our instructor has been providing vocational instruction since 2000 in the residential construction industry with a focus on green building and verifications. The course is based upon experience and research that has been proven to work. The attendees are taught these principles and are then given the opportunity to practice them with a short presentation that they prepare and deliver on the second afternoon. They will receive and give feedback on the presentations.
